Additional Background

Bobbie led the training industry by implementing The Corporate University, one of the first in-house corporate universities for a Fortune 100 company. She served as an Executive Coach for the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester, focusing on individual leadership development for future leaders and change agents who desired maximum, positive, and world impact. Bobbie was also involved with the Executive Leadership Development aspect of the EMBA program at Rochester Institute of Technology. Twelve years and over 50 world-class programs later (17 of which are now college certified), Bobbie continues to lead through performance consulting, executive coaching, and facilitating large-scale learning events.

Public Engagements

Bobbie hosts workshops, coaches and facilitates CEO roundtables. She is available to speak on topics including leadership development, personal growth and development, women in business, and leading teams through change.
